Levu — Privacy Policy

Who we are

Levu is operated by Dear Human Design LLC. This policy explains what information the Levu app collects, why, and how to remove it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Onboarding answers: your morning-challenge selections and your response to the ADHD prompt.
• App content you create: routine selections, daily routine progress and ratings, blocker sessions and tool ratings.
• Sleep information: your target sleep hours and any sleep durations you log.
• Usage analytics: how you use the app (screens viewed, features used, timers started, and similar events), including session replays of your screens while you use Levu. Text you type is masked in replays.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the app’s features, like personalizing your morning flows and showing you your own insights. We may also email you about Levu itself, such as product updates and announcements, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how Levu is used so we can improve it. Analytics are tied to your account, are never used to follow you across other apps or websites, and are never shared with advertisers. We do not sell your data.

Storage & processing

Data is stored with Supabase, our backend and authentication provider. Access is restricted to your own account via row-level security. Usage analytics and session replays are processed by PostHog and stored in the United States.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. To also have your analytics data deleted, email support@levu.now and we will remove it.
